Call the Auctioneer listed for this auction. If you do not, you will not be approved to bid.
After speaking to the Auctioneer, refresh your screen or log in again.
Click on the green "Register for Auction" button.
Accept the Terms and Conditions.

The property will be offered as 3 TRACTS, ONLINE ONLY.
FLAT BIDDING (any bid you make will be immediately posted) will open THURSDAY, JANUARY 25, 2024 and will be available until 8:00 PM CST THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 8, 2024, subject to bid extensions (Soft Close).
Bidding will be on a PER TRACT BASIS. Minimum opening bids are as follows: Tract 1, $240,000 / Tract 2, $480,000 / Tract 3, $100,000. Thereafter, bid increments of $500 per tract.
Combination bidding will also be open on THURSDAY, JANUARY 25, 2024 until the close of the auction on THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 8, 2024.
